It’s been a hot minute… life has been full! So I figured it was time for a new headshot and a proper re-introduction.

For those new here, I’m Olivia. Or Liv ◡̈

I’m a real estate professional based in Bend Oregon, and I’m excited to now be licensed in Washington too as of May 2026.

When I’m not helping people buy or sell homes, you’ll probably find me staging houses with our other business endeavor Sage & Pine Design Co. , OR possibly skiing, mountain biking, snowmobiling, or commercial salmon fishing in Alaska during the summers. It’s a pretty stacked life, and honestly I love it all.

I’m serious about my work, but I definitely don’t take myself too seriously. One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to meet incredible people and build genuine relationships along the way.
