One of the best parts of being a Realtor is getting to be a small part of my clients' lives through different seasons.

A few years ago, I had the privilege of helping this wonderful family make the move from Arizona to Arkansas. Together, we found the perfect home at 8014 Renee Circle, where they could settle in, enjoy life, and make memories close to the people who matter most.

As life changes, housing needs often change too. This time, it was time to downsize but staying close to their children and grandchildren was non-negotiable. Family was the priority. ❤️

🏡❤️ 21 Years of Memories... and a New Chapter Begins ❤️🏡

Last week I closed a very special home at 1119 Blue Grass in Benton

For 21 years, this wasn't just a house—it was "home". It was where children were raised, birthdays were celebrated, holidays were shared, and countless memories were made. Every room held a story, and every corner carried a piece of this family's journey.

Selling a home is often much more than a real estate transaction. It's saying goodbye to the place where life happened. Even when you're excited about what's ahead, it can still be emotional to leave behind so many cherished memories.

This wonderful family made the decision to begin a new chapter and move closer to loved ones here in Arkansas. While they'll always carry the memories of Blue Grass with them, they're now creating opportunities for even more family moments in the years ahead.

As a small closing gift, I gave them a watercolor portrait of their home. Just a small reminder of all the love, laughter, and memories made there over the last 21 years—a special piece of Blue Grass they can take with them to their new home. We may have cried just a little...
