There's more to selling real estate than people realize, it's about building relationships and lifelong friendships. Today, I had the pleasure of closing with a special friend for the fourth time. We've been through ups and downs with each other over the years and to see her so excited about her new home today is such a good feeling. I can't wait to see what she does to update her new house. Friday was a big day for me!!

My first closing of the day was HUGE! I was able to help Alicia and Nate sell their first home! They sold their home to Wyatt, who Alicia and my daughter, Courtney, went to school with from a young age and swam on the same swim team with!

My second closing of the day, was Alicia and Nate buying their new home!

I can’t wait to see what Wyatt and Kaitlyn, and Alicia and Nate do to their new homes!

It’s bittersweet watching these kiddos grow up, but I’m so thankful they allowed me to help them along the way. 🤍🏠
