"I wanted to reach out before booking to be upfront about our group. We are a group of 18-year-old high school seniors interested in staying at your Airbnb. We’re responsible, respectful, and planning a low-key trip.

Big milestone for Martinek Management, Inc.!

After 7 incredible years, we’ve officially purchased our future home in West Ocean City — 9748 Stephen Decatur Hwy, Unit 204 (next to and behind the Shrimp Boat). What started with just two small 1-bedroom cottages has grown into managing over 60 units and 90,000 square feet of living space. It’s been an amazing journey, and none of it would have been possible without the people who helped along the way.

I want to sincerely thank Sandy Deeley, Cindy and Chipper Ashe, Brittyn Leonard, Jenn Kukel, Rebecca Small, Julie Phillips, Nikki Rose, Tom Hinkle, Gary Leggour — along with all of our cleaners, subcontractors, family, and friends who stepped in and supported us, especially during the move. Your hard work and dedication mean everything.

This isn’t the end of the road — I guess I’m not totally retired just yet! I’m excited for the challenges ahead and everything the future holds.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey — we’re just getting started.
