Got the old flooring up in the next room and discovered this one may give us some headaches with all the subflooring that has to come up and the mold and mildew that has to be treated but were up to the task

Started a new project this weekend were doing some storm water run off prevention by installing a French drain that the gutters will connect to and lead into 2 55 gallon dry wells that will slowly let the water seep back into the ground instead of pooling next to the foundation here is the dry wells we built ill post pictures of the French drain and gutter connections when we get back on site
