Sometimes the best experiences are found off the beaten path. 🇬🇧

I spent my final day in London exploring beautiful Richmond, enjoying the peaceful scenery, and ending the evening with a little live jazz. 🎷

Traveling always reminds me that some of the best places aren’t necessarily the ones everyone is talking about — sometimes you have to explore a little to find what feels right.

Real estate can be the same way. 🏡 Sometimes the perfect home, neighborhood, or opportunity isn’t where you originally thought you’d find it.

Finding a way to make it happen — even in Hannover! 🏄🏽‍♂️🇩🇪

One thing I love about traveling is seeing how cities creatively use the spaces they have. Who expects to find SURFING right in the middle of Hannover? 😂

This is the Leinewelle, a surfable wave created right in the Leine River in the heart of the city.

It reminded me that whether it’s travel, life, or REAL ESTATE… sometimes you don’t wait for the perfect conditions — you find a way to make it happen!

Sometimes the best travel moments aren’t planned. 🇬🇷🎶🌏

Today in Athens, I happened upon this military band performing at Syntagma Square. One of those moments where you stop, take it all in, and appreciate being exactly where you are.

In the middle of a very large crowd, I watched the police make way and allow a Vietnam Veteran in a wheelchair to move to the front so he could see. ❤️ Such
a simple act of respect and kindness, but it spoke volumes.

Besides Beautiful sights, it’s often the people and moments you remember most.

From Birmingham to Athens…there’s always something new to experience! 🌍🐝
