Last month, Conor Nally joined the Sussex County Habitat for Humanity team on a home build in Georgetown, DE. As President of the Board of Directors, Conor continues to lead by example, advocating for accessible housing and helping families across Sussex County achieve the dream of homeownership.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, spanning approximately 1,300 sq. ft., was built in partnership with our sister company, Nally Homes, and the Laurel Redevelopment Corporation.

This is one of four new homes built with quality and affordability in mind. Priced below 120% of the area’s median income, these homes expand access to homeownership and support Downtown Laurel’s growth. We’re proud to stand with the LRC in their mission to strengthen the community!

Last weekend was the 10th annual VetFest in Middletown, DE, an inspiring event that brings military and civilian communities together to raise awareness and stand united against military and veteran su***de. With a hometown parade, live concert, and resourcing opportunities for veterans and their families, VetFest creates a space to honor service, build community, and support those who’ve served.

We were honored to sponsor this meaningful event, with proceeds benefiting Stop Soldier Su***de and their ongoing mission to reduce the epidemic of veteran su***de.

Project Update: The Rosa Health Center

Big news in Georgetown! Construction has begun on the expansion of The Rosa Health Center. Once complete, this nonprofit will be able to provide care to even more uninsured and underserved patients in the Georgetown area. We can’t wait to share the progress with you. Stay tuned!

Nally Ventures has been proud to provide development management, fundraising support, and financing services to help The Rosa Health Center secure funding for its expansion, and now we’re continuing that partnership through construction management as the construction begins!

VP of Development, Conor Nally, met Senator Lisa Blunt Rochester during her recent visit to Laurel. While in town, Senator Blunt Rochester connected with community members and local organizations, including the Laurel Redevelopment Corporation, to learn more about their ongoing work in the town. Conor attended as part of Nally Ventures’ collaboration with the LRC on several upcoming revitalization projects aimed at bringing new opportunities and growth to the Laurel community.
