You dont close until you close! There are so many possible problems that can ruin a real estate transaction. That’s why it’s so important to have an educated and hardworking realtor.

We found this property about 2 months ago right as it went on market. They loved it so we put in an offer. The seller’s asked for highest and best by that weekend. I advised them to increase their offer, but they wanted to take the chance. I always want to save my clients money, as their satisfaction is my first priority, no matter what! They were very let down when another offer was accepted, so I kept consistently following up with the listing agent, as I always do, to see if the transaction is following through well. The listing agent calls me about 28 days later and it just so happens that the other party wasn’t able to finalize their loan, because they were laid off from covid. Even though, the listing agent had many other parties interested in the property, she reached out to me because of my persistent follow up, which is very important in the real estate field. I said they are still interested so we put together another offer and we closed less than 30 days later.
