I might be young but don’t let professional age deter you from professional experience.

I might not have every answer right away but I’m not afraid to ask questions.

I may not be your first pick but I will work hard to be your last.

This is my first year as a real estate agent. I come from a background of assisting my brother with home remodeling when I was in high school, earning a masters in sports science as the valedictorian of the class and traveling the world competing for Team USA.

I know how important hard work, adversity, integrity and a sprinkle of self humility are to be successful in any aspect of life.

I try to stay humble, but sometimes you have to let people know who you are and what you’re up to. In my current profession, that’s the case.

If you haven’t to already, it’s that time of the year to begin decorating both inside and outside of your home for fall!

My wife McKayla Wissinger | Realtor®️] and I have made it a tradition to go to our local orchard and get a photo of us picking some either an apple or a pumpkin. This year, we did pumpkins and set them up on a haybail in front of our home!

This is also a simple idea to bring curb appeal to your home if you are getting ready to sell. Too much and it becomes too personal, too little or none at all and you might give off the impression that upkeep and curb appeal is not high on your priority list.

Inspection of the home I helped get my buyers under contract. Now it’s time to go through the inspection report and make any requests if we feel they are necessary. From there, we become one step closer to the closing table. Our work isn’t done and I’m with my clients all the way to the end to make sure their needs are advocated for.

There is a lot of back end work that comes with purchasing a home. A realtor is meant to help you navigate through the process so it’s easier for you as the buyer or seller.
