It appears Xfinity is finally repairing the damage they caused when wiring the area. If you sustained damage to your driveway or sidewalk and it has not been repaired or marked for repair (a painted "x"), reach out to Xfinity and report a claim. Thank you, Lynette, for bringing this to our attention! Unfortunately, the Association has had zero communication from Xfinity through this process.

SNOW EMERGENCY DECLARED – Bethlehem Township has declared a Snow Emergency starting at 6:00am Sunday, February 22, 2026 - ending 6pm Monday, February 23, 2026.

NO PARKING – Parking Prohibited on Designated Snow Emergency Routes and Cul-de-Sacs. Please remove parked vehicle from all Township streets & roadways as they are a hindrance to safe and expedited snow removal by Public Works Department crews.

Please clear snow from sidewalks, fire hydrants and school bus stops if located on or near your property. DEPOSITING SNOW FROM SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS ONTO PLOWED STREETS & ROADWAYS IS ILLEGAL.
