🚨Scammers are at it again - If you own vacant land be AWARE🚨
People are having their land sold out from under them — without ever knowing it’s happening.
Scammers are impersonating property owners, creating fake documents, and closing deals before anyone realizes what’s going on.
If you own property (especially vacant land), pay attention:
⚠️ Be cautious of unexpected inquiries about selling
⚠️ Don’t share personal/property info with unknown contacts
⚠️ Make sure your property records and contact info are up to date
