Log Cabins come with their own set of unique issues…metal roofs/bug issues/wood rot & splitting/septic/water cisterns, etc. Thinking of buying one? Make sure you’re working with a Realtor that understands all of the special inspections you might want to consider!! As a log cabin owner & agent I’ve learned a lot and I’m happy to pass that along to y’all! 🏡🪵

Final walkthroughs aren’t the norm here…crazy to me! 🤔😵‍💫My RV neighbor was worried about what condition the Sellers were leaving the home they’re buying on Monday in so I told her we do walkthroughs in TX before closing & she got with her agent & they made it happen!! They’re going today & she’s super excited! Her husband said he’s bought 3 homes in CO & never been allowed a final walkthrough!! 😳Lets put a little Texas logic into Colorado Real Estate! 🏡❤️😉

Looks like it’s back to the 📚 for me!! Colorado requires 120 hrs & testing for their Real Estate Brokers…their agents are all considered Brokers! Here we go again 📚✏️📓🎓📖
