🏡 CLOSED! And this one deserves a little extra celebration. ❤️

Every transaction has a story, and this one certainly had a few unexpected chapters!

My sellers are truly some of the most wonderful people. What should have been a few simple repairs turned into one headache after another, but they handled every single challenge with grace, patience and kindness. I could not be happier for them to officially have this one CLOSED!

And then there was the buyer. Sometimes the right buyer comes along at exactly the right time. She was flexible, reasonable and understanding throughout the process—and I am so excited for her to call this house home. 🏡

Real estate really is a team effort, and this transaction had a GREAT team.

A huge thank you to Keri, the buyer’s agent, for being absolutely amazing to work with. Communication, cooperation and a willingness to work together make such a difference when things don’t go exactly according to plan.

I am SO excited for this weekend! ✈️💙💛

If you know me, you know I love airplanes, and watching the Blue Angels is easily one of my favorite things. There is just something incredible about seeing them fly — the speed, the precision, the sound… it never gets old.
