✨ The reveal is here! ✨

Last week I gave you a little sneak peek of this basement landing... and today it's finished!
It's amazing what one feature wall can do. This space went from a blank pass-through to a warm, inviting moment that makes you want to slow down and take it all in.

One of my favorite things about design is remembering that every space in your home matters, not just the living room or kitchen. Hallways, landings and forgotten corners deserve a little personality too.

I'm not quite finished yet. 😊 The blue portion of the dresser will eventually be painted black, and I still have a few decorating touches to add. But I couldn't wait to share the transformation!

It's amazing how adding texture and warmth can transform a room before a single piece of furniture is even brought in. Those are the little details that make a house start feeling like a home.

Home isn't just where you live... it's how a place makes you feel.

When I stage a home, my goal isn't simply to make it beautiful.
My goal is to help buyers picture their life unfolding there.

A quiet morning in the office with a cup of coffee before the day begins.
A cozy upstairs retreat where you can curl up with a good book, enjoy a little peace and quiet, or transform the space into whatever your family needs most.

Family dinners gathered around the table.

A welcoming guest room ready for friends and family.
And bedrooms that invite you to slow down and rest at the end of the day.

Every room in this home was designed with intention. Warm wood tones, rich textures, layered lighting, and thoughtful details work together to create a space that feels comfortable, inviting, and lived in... without ever feeling crowded.

Because buyers don't just fall in love with square footage.
They fall in love with a feeling.

✨ Sneak Peek ✨

Another staging project is officially in the books... and I couldn't be happier with how it all came together.

Yesterday I packed up one staged home. Today I poured everything into creating another. My feet are tired, my body is exhausted... but my heart is so full.

Every room starts as an empty space, but with a little vision, thoughtful details, and a lot of heart, it begins to tell a story. A story that helps buyers imagine, "I could see myself living here."

Every arrangement you see here started with one simple idea... creating something that makes a space feel a little more like home. 🌿

Some of these have found their way into my staging projects, some were made for friends and family, and many have become part of my own home.

Lately I've been wondering... maybe it's time to start sharing them with others.
Whether it's a thoughtful closing gift for a REALTOR®'s client, a birthday surprise, a housewarming gift, or simply something beautiful for your own home... these everlasting arrangements are made to be enjoyed for years to come.

One more peek into my floral collection... 🌿🤍

When I'm creating a space whether it's for a staging project or my own home I don't just place flowers in a vase. Every arrangement is created with the room, the mood, and the feeling I want someone to have when they walk through the door.

Some are bold. Some are soft. Some are simple. But every single one is thoughtfully designed.

Lately, I've been wondering🤔... should I make these available for others to enjoy too? Whether it's a birthday, housewarming, wedding, sympathy gift, holiday, or simply because, I'm starting to think these arrangements deserve a home beyond my own and my staging projects.

For now, I'm just sharing a few of my creations and seeing where this little journey takes me. 💚

Over the last few months, I've discovered a new creative outlet... floral arrangements. 🌿

It's funny how life works sometimes. You try something new simply because you enjoy creating, and before you know it, it becomes something you can't stop thinking about.

If you've followed Room Theory for a while, you've probably noticed flowers showing up more and more in my staging projects. In fact, they're becoming one of the signature details that makes a Room Theory space feel complete. They add warmth, texture, and personality, helping transform a house into a home.

And if you were to walk through my own home, you'd find floral arrangements in just about every room. They make me smile every single day, and I love the feeling they bring to a space.

Now, don't get me wrong...there's nothing quite like the beauty and fragrance of fresh flowers. They are absolutely beautiful and bring so much life into a home. But one of the things I've come to love about thoughtfully designed faux arrangements is that they offer that same sense of beauty long after fresh flowers have faded. No watering. No wilting. Just something beautiful to enjoy every day.

So now I'm curious...
