My favorite part about meeting home sellers is not the house. Honestly, it’s meeting the people themselves.
Hearing the stories of their lives. Sometimes, the stories are awesome and full of smiles. Sometimes the stories are full of heart ache and trials.
It’s these times where we are able to listen. Sometimes offer advice or even pray with them for the situation and events they are going through.
Homes come, and homes go. But impact lasts forever. I am thankful for the lessons I have learned from a few people we have met in their homes. I am also grateful for the impact we have been able to leave on people as well.
Take time to slow down and listen. People really have a lot to say. If you would stop and try to see life from their side, you could learn a ton. Maybe even find in the moment, a lesson you would have never learned elsewhere.

Locating motivated sellers on a daily basis can be a lot of work. But, a returned mailer is actually a good thing to me....

Locating motivated sellers on a daily basis can be a lot of work. But, a returned mailer is actually a good thing to me. It means, a.) the house is now vacant, b) I get to find some better contact info for the seller, c) this seller could be VERY motivated.
