‼️Our last beautiful home in our Elim Estates community in Iona is PENDING‼️
Part of why I love what I do is being able to watch people come into our homes and immediately fall in love! They say everything happens for a reason and this home was absolutely meant for the new owners.
I was able to host an open house and they came in two different times that day to view the home. Things lined up perfectly with everyone’s timelines and they even battled in a bidding war alongside their amazing agent to ultimately get their dream home!
