WOW! This home saw 26 groups through the very first (and only) open house, followed by additional private showings and multiple offers.

A lot of people see the "Under Contract" post and think that's the whole story, but what they don't see is the preparation beforehand: pricing strategy, marketing, professional photos, scheduling showings, answering questions, reviewing offers, and helping our sellers make the best decision for their goals.

We're excited for our seller and grateful for everyone who came through to take a look! 👀

Now onto the next phase: inspections, appraisal, and getting this one to the closing table! 🎉

A lot of buyers are surprised to learn that the final walkthrough isn’t another opportunity to inspect the house from top to bottom.

The purpose is much simpler: to make sure the home is in the same condition as when you agreed to buy it, that any agreed upon repairs have been completed, and that any included items are still there.

Think of it as a final check in, not a second inspection.

It’s a simple step, but an important one!
