From Sam Khater, Freddie Mac’s chief economist: "Late last week, mortgage rates dropped, driving the weekly average down to its lowest level in more than three years. The impacts are noticeable, as weekly purchase applications and refinance activity have jumped, underscoring the benefits for both buyers and current owners. It’s clear that housing activity is improving and poised for a solid spring sales season."

Before all the fun and excitement of Christmas🎄arrived, Brenen & Amy celebrated a big life event: they became HOMEOWNERS!
🏠 🤵‍♂️👰

It was such a special treat to be their agent, walking them through the build process. And now they have a beautiful home ready for them. They have worked out a creative plan to take turns "babysitting" the house until their wedding arrives, which will be here in a heartbeat. We're so proud of them, and pray that the Lord blesses them and their lovely new home.
