Over 60 days on the market with another agent. Friends of mine actually listed with another agent. After 60 days and nothing they withdrew that listing and listed with me. One week, four showings, and under contract yesterday, day 8 on the market. I
I also raised the price. This happens frequently. I am good at my job.
I am excellent at marketing and I know real estate. Marketing makes all the difference in the world. I do it all myself. I do it like I do everything else in my life... with honesty integrity and clarity...this makes it super easy for a buyer to choose with the same.
if I can't sell a house quickly, the price is off or the market is down.

It was on the market for over 900 days and then along came MARY...yeah, yeah...(you're too young for that song) with a Buyer!!!
Now, it's not as good as it looks - that office/building is eaten alive by termites so it will have to be removed. But, look at that location!!!
