This one makes me super happy! I've been working with the sweetest buyers, and their journey has not been easy (we'll spare you the details, but it was no fault on their part). They've been troopers, and have been a dream to work with! I've told them from the beginning that the home that was meant for them would find them. We've trusted that mantra, and here we are! Next step, inspections. I look forward to helping them navigate this process and get to the closing table! They have a wedding coming up and this will be the BEST wedding gift! Thankful for their trust in me. First time home buyers are amazing to work with! 🥰

Ellettsville locals and travelers: important reminder!

MONROE COUNTY FALL FESTIVAL PARADE INFORMATION

***PLEASE SHARE***

Starting at approximately 8:30 AM on Saturday, September 12, 2026, the Ellettsville Police Department will close Temperance Street between the east and west splits for the Monroe County Fall Festival Parade. Main Street will become a two-way street during this time. Signage and cones will be in place to direct motorists, as well as several officers directing traffic.

Sale Street will be closed between Temperance Street and Vine Street. Vine Street will remain open to eastbound and westbound traffic.

Motorists traveling north on Sale Street and Matthews Drive from Vine Street will be forced to turn right (east) towards Bloomington. Motorists traveling south on Matthews Drive from McNeely Street will be forced to turn right (west) towards Spencer. To go the opposite direction motorists must go past the traffic pattern and turn around (i.e. if a motorist is traveling north on Sale Street from Vine Street and needs to go to Spencer the motorist will need to travel past Hartstrait Road, turn around, and will be able to travel west).

The parade will start at approximately 10:00 AM. The parade will travel north on Edgewood Drive from Edgewood High School to Temperance Street. The parade will then travel east on Temperance Street. The parade will end at Paul Street. Larger vehicles in the parade will continue east on Temperance Street at the driver's discretion. Smaller vehicles in the parade can turn south on Paul Street and travel to Ritter Street and then turn west on Ritter Street to continue to Sale Street.

ALTERNATE ROUTES FOR ACCESS TO STREETS SOUTH OF TEMPERANCE STREET

Motorists coming from the west (traveling east towards Bloomington) can turn right (west) onto Ridge Springs Lane and travel to Sycamore Drive then turn south onto Sycamore Drive and continue to Reeves Road/Sale Street.

Motorists coming from the east (traveling west towards Spencer) can turn left (south) onto Hartstrait Road, travel to Ratliff Road and turn right (west), travel to Thomas Road and turn right (north), and continue to Reeves Road/Sale Street.
