Ahhhhhh! I am so excited for this family!

2 going on 3 years of searching and offering on houses since meeting them at an open house I was holding spring of 2021. Since then I’ve photographed their child’s Baptism and a family photo session.

We just finished up with their house inspection with Katz Family Home Inspections, a great home inspector and one of my old neighbors in Edina.

I’m already back at MSP en route back to Colorado.
Feels like at about a week ago that we viewed this house but it was only last Friday at 6 AM 🤪
