Keeping your apartment comfortable doesn’t have to mean cranking the AC all day. Try these simple tips to beat the heat efficiently:
❄️ Set your thermostat a few degrees higher when you’re away
🪟 Keep blinds or curtains closed during the hottest parts of the day
💨 Use ceiling fans to circulate cool air (remember: fans cool people, not rooms!)
🚪 Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running
🔧 Submit a maintenance request if your AC isn’t keeping up—we’re here to help!

Help us help you! Keeping your sink healthy is one of the easiest ways to avoid unnecessary plumbing issues at home.
Avoid pouring grease, oils, or fats down the drain, even if they’re liquid when hot. As they cool, they harden and stick to your pipes, leading to stubborn clogs and costly repairs. Instead, let grease cool and dispose of it in the trash.
Using a drain strainer, running hot water after use, and keeping food scraps out of the sink can go a long way in protecting your plumbing.
A few simple habits can keep your pipes flowing smoothly and your home problem-free!
