We're looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team managing Airbnbs and rental properties in the Hot Springs/Bauxite area!
What You'll Do:
• Basic maintenance and repairs for 100 rental properties and Airbnbs
• Assist with lawn care alongside our existing crews
• Mowing, weedeating, and property upkeep
• Basic repairs (must have your own tools)
• Potential to grow into bigger jobs — flooring, subdivision builds, and more depending on your experience
What We're Looking For:
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Own truck (mileage paid for longer trips)
• Basic repair skills and your own tools
• Willing to work full-time and grow with us
Pay: $18-25/hour based on experience
This is a full-time position with room to move up — show us what you can do and take on bigger projects!

Hiring: Part-Time QuickBooks Pro for Real Estate Portfolio

Are you a QuickBooks whiz who understands the unique bookkeeping needs of real estate investors? I'm looking for a detail-oriented, part-time bookkeeper to help manage the finances for a growing portfolio of ~ 100 plus properties.

This isn't your average bookkeeping job. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and managing QuickBooks for multiple LLCs and multiple properties.

The Setup Involves:
✅ Using QuickBooks Online Advanced (or similar experience with complex Plus setups).
✅ Configuring and using Classes to track profitability for each individual property.
✅ Setting up and using Companies/Locations to separate finances for different LLCs.
✅ Properly categorizing income and expenses, especially for short-term rentals where utilities are paid by the owner (tracking as COGS).

The Role:
• Part-time, flexible hours
• Remote work.
• Responsibilities will include initial setup/cleanup, ongoing data entry, bank feed reconciliation, and generating monthly P&L reports by property and by LLC.

You Are a Great Fit If You:
• Have proven experience with multi-entity and multi-property QuickBooks setups.
• Are highly organized and understand the importance of not commingling LLC funds.
• Can work independently and suggest best practices.
• Have an understanding of real estate accounting principles.
