Paying it forward… my sister recommended Air Duct PRIORITY… They did an amazing job cleaning the HVAC ducts and dryer vent in my house, just like they did in her house.
Max, the owner, and his assistant were here from 10 AM to 6 PM and worked straight through as far as I could tell. I knew it was way overdue, as the house was constantly very dusty and the unused bedrooms had a stale smell. Max and his assistant were really thorough, showed me before-and-after videos (I knew it was of my house because part of my furniture could be seen just on the edge of the frame). They both went above and beyond. I told Max that my family room extension was always freezing in winter; he found that the cause was a 6-inch hole in the duct line for that room (I guess from a duct connection the original installers decided not to do), and he sealed the opening. He also reinforced a strap on one of the ducts in the basement ceiling. I had asked them to let me know when they were done with the upstairs bathroom so I could paint the bottom section of the wall with huge drip stains from a hair coloring spill; his assistant surprised me by having removed it by scrubbing it out with their chemicals. He was so happy and proud to show me! I was so moved by that. In addition, they were punctual, respectful, and honest. I can't say enough about how worth spending the money and great they made the experience. Give Air Duct PRIORITY a call to get a quote (Max comes to the house and does a quick inspection); there are no hidden fees or additional costs due to unforeseen problems like with other companies!
