As a business woman, and entrepreneur I sometimes find myself getting caught up in the every day paperwork and I get lost in my work. And then I remember I need to find time to network and connect with likeminded individuals to keep going and stay on my path and keep up with my goals . Whatever our individual track and goals are. Connecting and surrounding yourself with positive , likeminded people is so important. This is why I started WIC , Women in Charge so may years ago. And now I am bringing it back. I encourage all women to get out there, connect in your community, attend a networking event, or volunteer for something you love. Do something to make a difference. I have been thinking a lot about some of the conversations I have had this past week with fellow realtors I help guide them through their business ventures. Most all shared the fear of failing. Some were afraid to even try and take the chance. I am telling you as a friend, your coach, and fellow realtor… take the chance , look in the mirror, you got this. I too have been so scared of making mistakes in the past. And I choose to face fear head on. Embrace the fear…plow through difficult times and lean in. You got this. Just do it ! There is a light at the end. ❤️
