Great news in the works for Higher Ground Lawn Care. It looks like we are picking up another very active local property management company in need of lawn care. Last week I bid 21 of their properties that are currently under contract for lawn service, we negotiated,.. and came to an agreement. Year round service to start up in 30 days with a few needing significant up-front clean up work :)
That bring us up to like 6 property management companies we provide services for... We be growing.
