One thing I love about the person I’ve grown into is being able to use everything I’ve learned to truly serve my clients.

Years ago; before I ever stepped foot in real estate; I helped someone take their credit score from the mid-500s to the 710s so they could purchase a home. That experience never left me.

Last month, I decided to offer FREE credit guidance to clients who were told they had credit challenges. No cost. They just had to do the work. I sent 10 emails. Only 2 people were ready.

Today I got off a call with one of those two. We went through her credit report together; the changes, the letters she needs to send, the timeline. And when I tell you the joy we both felt during that call… Her goal is homeownership. Not a quick fix that can be reversed. Not a monthly monitoring fee. She’s doing it the right way.
