For buyers, he offers un-parralled personal service and expertise of the market. For sellers, with the help of , he offers amazing marketing tools to get properties sold fast and for the most return on investment. I’ve worked in the industry for nearly 10 years and have a ton of experience working with renters and buyers. This is important because when I list a property, I create a marketing strategy that leverages my knowledge of how buyers and renters think, what they look for in a property and what motivates an offer. Secondly, I have a degree in Advertising and Marketing and with the skills I’ve learned combined with my strong work ethic, I know how to position a property in this market, create maximum exposure and attract qualified buyers. Prior to becoming a Broker I worked for Oprah Winfrey and became an expert at dealing in high pressure situations, gained a unique set of skills and as you can imagine have learned the art of professionalism through those experiences."

You don’t need to be buying or selling anything for me to cross your mind occasionally. That’s normal.

So if a house question ever pops up, even for a split second, I’d love to be the person you think of. I’ll be more useful than Zillow at 2am.

You’d be surprised how often it comes up, and how much it says about a space. Little details like that shape how a home actually feels when you walk in.

Not the biggest thing on anyone’s checklist, but it’s the kind of thing you start noticing after enough walkthroughs.

Send me a message if you want to talk through what actually matters when you’re looking at a place.

People always tell me they want the "right" house. What they actually mean is they want to stop feeling unsettled.

Money buys options. It doesn't buy the feeling of being home. That part comes from fit, timing, and knowing you made the decision for the right reasons.

I've watched enough people move through this to know the difference matters.

A good agent’s job isn’t to get you into something quickly. It’s to help you know the difference between “this will do” and “this is it.”

If someone’s pushing you toward a decision before you’re ready, that’s information too.

Take your time. The market will still be here when you are.

Did I get you?

Good, because this is the point: trying to navigate a home purchase on your own usually costs more than it saves. The market moves fast, the paperwork isn’t intuitive, and the details that seem small (contingencies, appraisal gaps, timing) are exactly the ones that trip people up.

A good realtor isn’t there to sell you something. They’re there so you’re not figuring it out alone.

If you’re thinking about buying, let’s talk. No pressure, no pitch, just five minutes to get you steady.

Elevator or fire pole, Maria made her choice... we’re letting you decide.

The debates that actually matter when you’re picking a place in Chicago (yes, this counts as one).

Most of the mistakes I see aren’t about the house. They’re about the order things happened in.

Buying a home isn’t something most people do often enough to know the sequence by heart. That’s the whole point of working with someone who does.

You don’t have to have it figured out before you call. That’s what the conversation is for.
