We’re proud to announce the successful delivery and acceptance of our first development project with Sheetz, in Greensboro, NC.

This milestone represents more than just a completed pad delivery — it marks the beginning of what we hope will be a long-term relationship with one of the most recognized and innovative brands in the convenience retail industry.

A tremendous amount of coordination, ex*****on, and teamwork went into bringing this project across the finish line, and we’re grateful to everyone involved throughout the development process.

We appreciate the trust from Sheetz and look forward to continuing to grow together.

Yesterday, our team had the privilege of giving back to a group that gives so much every day.

We were proud to provide lunch from our Popeyes to the incredible teachers and staff at Carolina Forest Elementary School during their Teacher Work Day. These dedicated professionals invest countless hours shaping the next generation, often behind the scenes, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to show a small token of our appreciation.

At the heart of our development and restaurant group is a commitment to community. Supporting local schools and educators isn’t just something we do—it’s something we believe in.

Thank you to the entire Carolina Forest Elementary team for everything you do. We’re honored to serve you and can’t wait to partner for spirit nights in the future!
