Taste of Boerne: El Botero Tapas + Wine Bar

If you’re looking for a unique and flavorful dining experience in Boerne, El Botero Tapas + Wine Bar is a must-visit! Located at 161 S. Main Street, this cozy and inviting spot brings the heart of Spain to the Hill Country with an incredible selection of tapas, wine, and even live performances.

I stopped by El Botero on a Friday at 1:30 and had an amazing time. Our server, Monet, was fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and super friendly. She made great recommendations and took excellent care of us.

For those unfamiliar with tapas, they are small, shareable Spanish dishes designed to be enjoyed with friends over drinks. And let me tell you—every single dish we ordered was outstanding!

El Botero isn’t just about great food—it’s an experience. From their traditional Spanish flavors to their inviting atmosphere, it truly feels like a little slice of Spain in Boerne. Can’t wait to go back!
