2025 Recap → Building Momentum for 2026 🚀

As I look back on 2025, it was a year defined by focus, strategy, and laying the groundwork for what’s next.

In 2025:
• 18 deals closed
• $6.686M in total sales volume

More importantly, this past year wasn’t just about transactions. I intentionally shifted my efforts toward building a strong network of wholesalers, sourcing off-market opportunities, and deepening my work with builders, real estate investors, and fix-and-flippers.

That foundation is already creating momentum—and it’s exactly what will fuel my growth heading into 2026.

This closing wasn’t just another deal — it was a save.
