Back-to-school season is officially here, and we want to make sure our local students and teachers have everything they need for an amazing school year!

📍 DROP OFF SUPPLIES:
Drop off new school supplies at the Finding 43 office (2976 S Meridian Rd) all week long!
• When: Monday, August 10th – Friday, August 14th
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Needed Supplies: Backpacks, pens & pencils, notebooks, binders/folders, Expo markers, sanitizer & Lysol wipes, tissues, copy paper, etc.!

🍦 POPSICLE PARTY:
• When: Friday, August 14th from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Where: Finding 43 Office
• FREE popsicles for everyone—no donation necessary! Bring the kids and come celebrate with us! 🎉

🍎 SUPPORT OUR TEACHERS:
We are also directly fulfilling and sharing Amazon wish lists for local educators!

Hiiiiii… I figured it was time for a little reintroduction. 👋

I’m Callie.

I’ve been selling real estate since 2019 and have had the privilege of helping clients through over $90 million in real estate sales. I’m an Associate Broker at Finding 43 Real Estate 43, where I lead a small team and help clients with everything from first homes and luxury properties to commercial real estate, developments, investments, and new construction.

My dad’s a builder, so I grew up around job sites, blueprints, and model homes. Ironically, Papa Phil spent years telling me, “Don’t become a real estate agent.” Naturally… that’s exactly what I did. Sorry, Dad. ❤️

A little about me…

•Mama to my hilarious, fearless 5-year-old daughter, who is the light of my life.

• I’m a girly girl to my core… give me a blowout, Botox, and a cute outfit. But hand me a football, sign me up for a cold plunge, or book an adventure, and I’m all in.

• I play women’s flag football Boise Black Widows 🤟🏻

• I have a Persian cat named Cleo. If there weren’t limits on how many cats one person should own… I’d absolutely be the crazy cat lady.

• I’m also a Lagree instructor (taking a little break right now, miss yall!) CoreStrong

• I’m an incredibly talented snowboarder… according to absolutely no one. 😂

• I’m a sucker for either a skinny margarita or an unapologetically dirty martini. There really is no in-between.

• I’ve called Idaho home for nearly 20 years, and I truly believe it’s one of the best places to build a life.

• I’m a first-born daughter and a first-born granddaughter… so if you know, you know. 😂

I also have the privilege of leading an incredible team under Finding 43, and if everything goes according to plan… 👀 stay tuned on some fun news there
