Just like the last time around, they decided extend this at the last minute. This should be welcome news for distressed homeowners. While there may be fewer of them out there, there are still people who are going to need this in 2013.

Fears over the expiration of a tax break for mortgage debt sent home owners scrambling to complete short sales by the end of the year. But a one-year extension came just in time for them.

Any guesses on the highest priced home sold in the Boise area in 2012 was listed for...2.2 Million. Oops! I just told you; there I go again, taking the guess the work out of real estate.

The new website is almost done....well at least to the point of starting to build it the way I set out to 6 years ago. It's amazing that it's taken this long for technology to catch up with what I wanted to do in the first place.
