🌄 A Look Back — and a Season of Gratitude

The left column reflects year-over-year changes, and it’s impossible to ignore how much has changed since this time last year. In October 2024, our community was still reeling from the devastating effects of Hurricane Helene, which temporarily slowed market activity and deeply impacted daily life across the High Country.

This year tells a very different story. We are blessed to be back open, with a busy and vibrant peak season that has brought energy, visitors, and stability back to our local businesses.
