Funny how life comes full circle. ✨

Boston Public Schools hallways brought Yarima and I together 10 years ago, spending our weekends mentoring and training aspiring educators who were just beginning their journeys. Fast forward to 2 years ago, she came to me with one goal: buying her first property in America (already a homeowner in Colombia 🇨🇴)We made it happen.

Garlic lime skirt steak, roasted sweet potatoes + peppers, black beans, homemade guac, fresh pineapple salsa, and a little Greek yogurt on top because balance 😉

Very excited for my buyer client to lock this one in. She bought a condo with me a few years back and now we are adding another to her portfolio!

She came to me with the idea of wanting to get a second property a couple months back. So we sat down with a great lender to figure out a way to make that happen without using a HELOC. We wanted to look at all options and get her closer to the city again. With Boston Residential Tax Exemption plan her city taxes are under $400. Which made this a no brainer!

I went to see my girl today and started the convo with “I think I want bangs” to which Mads responded “ooo what are we going through” and did a brilliant consult to make sure I was ready for the commitment—where we settled on a curtain bang WISPY moment. And I love her 💕🍀 I’m obsessed!
