Boston:

The association for international real estate investors focused on commercial property in the United States, released its 2022 International Investor Survey Report, underwritten by CBRE and Holland Partner Group. Austin, Atlanta, and Boston emerge as the top three cities for planned global investment in 2022, according to the report.

Dorchester:

Shawmut Design and Construction and EYP partnered with The Guild, a community-driven social enterprise owned and led by people of color, to convert a vacant 5,600-square-foot lot in Dorchester into The Guild Sanctuary on Coleman, an outdoor community space in celebration of Earth Day on Friday, April 22.

North End:

Boston’s gateway to the North End will be revitalized with a hotel project on Cross Street between Salem and Endicott Street. The project, will construct a five-story, 124 room hotel that will also house two restaurants and a seasonal rooftop dining terrace while transforming the existing plaza into a more pedestrian-friendly space.

Excellent Restaurant located at 13 Central St, Wellesley, MA
This place has Eastern Mediterranean dishes with exotic spices.Great experience in Boston,the food is absolutely delicious and the service and the vibe of the place are great too. Definitely recommend this restaurant!!

2. Smith & Wollensky:

Steakhouse chain outpost serving prime, dry-aged steaks, seafood & wine in a power-dining setting.Premium seafood and award-winning wine lists as well as bar fare and cocktails. Located in Wellesley Square, the restaurant includes a 225-seat dining room, a 24-seat bar and lounge with TVs, as well as an outdoor patio. Things to do near Charlestown,MA:

1. New England Aquarium:

The New England Aquarium is a public aquarium located in Boston, Massachusetts.
The Aquarium is simply wonderful! There are different species alive and very well cared for by the aquarium staff! There are different rooms in this space. Rooms with smaller marine animals like rays, as well as larger rooms with penguins, sharks and an 89-year-old giant tortoise! There is also a space outside with seals that give a show of diving and jumping! Wonderful space, clean, very well organized and with lots of information everywhere you look.

2. Franklin Park Zoo:

The Franklin Park Zoo is a 72 acres zoo located in Boston, Massachusetts. It is currently operated by Zoo New England, which also operates the Stone Zoo in Stoneham, Massachusetts.It's a really great place for adults, children and everyone.The zoo lights experience is a bucket list MUST DO! Since it is an outdoor event it is definitely a safe event to attend during the COVID pandemic.It is an absolutely excellent experience!

3. Skywalk Observatory:

Observation deck in Boston, Massachusetts.
Sky-high vantage point with an audio tour & sweeping 360-degree views of greater Boston & beyond. This is Boston's one of the best spots for taking a glimpse at the entire city. This place is enjoyed well when you make a visit to it an hour before sunset and stay there for a few minutes after sunset.
