I love your fur babies. But I promise you — buyers do not. I walked into a showing last week and before I could even get through the door I smelled it.

Here's the harsh truth sellers need to hear:

You are nose blind to your own home. You cannot smell what buyers smell when they walk in. And smell is the MOST powerful sense tied to emotion.
