😃Hi there and thank you for checking out my condo! There is currently one bedroom available. The middle bedroom can be exclusively yours for $1200/month + utiltiies OR split with two folks for $600 each + utilities.

The condo is 3 bedrooms, 1400 sqft and is a 4 minute walk to the Orient Heights T stop. Getting to Logan Airport is extremely easy and takes about 15 minutes using public transp, or an $18 uber ride. The Blue line also goes directly to Downtown Boston and takes about 10 minutes. Currently, there is one FA and one airline manager in the house.

I always make sure my home never has more than 5 people for a 3 bed condo. My home comes completely furnished; enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, deck, beach access, dry cleaning and in-unit laundry. Typically a JetBlue pilot pad; open to Delta/American pilots as well. Bedrooms have queen-sized bed, wifi, etc. shared bathroom if other bedroom occupied. Very nicely appointed home, you have kitchen access any time, updated furnishings, washer/dryer, etc. Safe, quiet location, owner will help w/transport at times if possible.🎊🪅🪄🪞

House is Right off 104 Enjoy a peaceful crash. Any feedback is great and I will be adding more to pad as time goes by. Under 1 mile from the beach, grocery stores and stores nearby, Saugus mall is 3 miles away liquor store across the street. private room, laundry, kitchen and living room. One private bedroom just to be clear.🥳🥳🥳

Clean, quiet crashpad a 6-minute drive from Logan with public transportation including a bus stop two houses down the street (30 mins to Logan). The master bedroom is large and sunny in the morning, but also has efficient shades. There are two large sets of draws and a closet.

The private room has a full bed, dresser, desk, and closet $1000/ month. Price includes all utilities, bedding and towel, coin-operated laundry, and TV with various streaming services. There is also a large western-facing deck that is sunny in the afternoons with hammocks, outdoor eating area, and view of Boston skyline.
