There’s a MYTH out there that using the seller’s agent is going to get the buyer a discount …. Whaaaat?
Get Your Own Buyers’ Agent! 💃🏽
Using a seller’s agent doesn’t get you a discount just because they’re friendly and you want to buy that particular house they put on the market… oh no! ✋🏽
Having your own buyer’s agent ensures someone is working for your interests, negotiating on your behalf, and catching red flags without costing you more.
It’s definitely possible that a seller’s agent working with the buyer as well may try to be fair - but why risk it … they signed with the seller first

What are your dealbreakers for your next home? 🏠 Sometimes we need to take a step back and visualize the “almost” right house! Was it just about perfect except for 1 or things? 🤷🏽‍♀️
Sometimes there are ways to make up for those deficits - just when you think you can’t find the perfect one! A little ingenuity and creativity make change the whole deal!
