After a year and a half of negotiations, two accepted offers, creative financing discussions, and plenty of twists and turns, the sale of the Beachway Motel is officially complete!

This was Lynda’s and my first commercial real estate transaction together, and what an incredible experience it has been. We were honored to represent our seller, navigate every challenge along the way, and ultimately secure the best possible outcome.
