She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), previously with Ernst & Young and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Providence College. Her astute business style and savvy financial expertise allows her to deeply dissect the market, analyze trends and curate a distinct plan for each buyer, seller, or developer with acute precision. Her meticulous adherence to this can be attributed to being taught at a very early age the importance of discretion by her father, a retired FBI agent. Conley was selected to intern at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia during summers in college and was exposed to an extremely unique environment. In 2012, Ms. Conley brokered the highest priced residential sale statewide, $12.5 Million at 15 Commonwealth Avenue. In 2013, She was published in three Local Einsteins books “What to Know About Buying and Selling Real Estate” on the Back Bay/Beacon Hill, The South End and Greater Boston and brokered a record sale (private) in Back Bay. In 2014-2016 Ms. Conley was the Exclusive Sales and Marketing Agent for the luxury rental apartment- to-condominium conversion at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston. In 2015, Ms. Conley brokered a record sale (private) in Back Bay. In 2016, Ms. Conley was selected as the Exclusive Agent for Boston, Massachusetts in the “2016 Luxury of Home”.
