It's been a minute, but we've been busy! So absolutely grateful for the opportunity to partner in mutual success with our amazing buyers and sellers! TLDR: Redfin is an incredible dynamo (a powerhouse of excellence, IYKYK), and I encourage ANYONE & EVERYONE to reach out with questions on how our platform can directly help you get the best possible experience buying or selling a home.
I would describe joining Redfin as climbing aboard a rocket ship, but then we were literally acquired by Rocket...it's been a wild ride! Reaching these new levels has only been possible through amazing tools, tech, and dedicated support that allow us to serve clients more agilely and dedicatedly than I ever dreamed. Transitioning from grinding as an independent contractor for 10+ years to joining a truly collaborative team that builds each other up under the framework of a shared mission to truly redefine real estate has been transformative. "Do whatever it takes to win" has been replaced with "do the right thing," and as a result, transacting is truly fun again! There is a palpable difference when you find yourself negotiating and bargaining less with your own clients (fees!), and can focus solely on their goals.
This is just the start, and there's no looking back. Dinosaurs didn't own homes, so naturally they shouldn't decide how the industry is run...So many exciting things to come this year!
