Found some time on Labor Day to slow down and enjoy a round of golf with my son Thomas and my two brothers, Donny and Jon.

We played at Furnace Brook Golf Club in Quincy, and the weather couldn’t have been better. I even got a chance to break in my new Ping driver!

Not a bad way to spend Labor Day. ⛳️

🎙️ I stepped outside my usual real estate routine and sat down for a podcast!

I recently had the opportunity to be featured on “Keys to the Castle” for my first podcast appearance with Jimmy Young, Communications Coach. Keep in mind this is a practice podcast but I'm trying it....

We talked real estate, my experiences in the business, and some of the things I've learned along the way. It was a lot of fun and definitely a different experience being on the other side of the conversation!

🔑 Another closing in the books!

12 Franklin Ave. in Wilmington has officially closed this month. It was a pleasure helping my clients navigate the process and get this one across the finish line.

Every transaction has its own story, and I’m always grateful to the clients who trust me to be part of such an important move.

Gold accents are definitely showing up more and more lately.

I recently posted a gold faucet in one of my Waltham listings, and now I’m seeing it again in the shower of a home my buyers are under agreement on in Marlborough.

Gold fixtures, hardware and accents can really change the look of a bathroom without going overboard. This shower is a great example of how a little bit of gold can add some warmth and character.

I’m starting to think gold might be here to stay!

🔑 Another closing in the books!

37 Riverview St. in Dedham officially closed last week.

It's always rewarding to see a listing go from the first conversation with the sellers all the way to the closing table. A lot happens behind the scenes to get a home ready, on the market, negotiated and across the finish line.

Thinking about buying a home? Don’t automatically wait until after Labor Day.

This can actually be a very interesting time for buyers to get into the market. There are still homes coming on, some sellers are more motivated, and you may have a little less competition than you’ll see when everyone gets back into the swing of things in September.

Every market is different, but timing can make a difference. 🏡

😂 Apparently I’m shopping for sheds now...

Stopped by Home Depot and figured I’d take a look at some of the shed options. I walked through a few and checked out the sizes, features and prices.

If you're thinking about adding some extra storage to the backyard, I figured I'd do the homework for you. There are definitely more options out there than I expected!
And they're on sale!

Just another day in the life of a Realtor. You never know what you're going to end up checking out. 😆

🏡 From blueprint to reality!

My buyers are officially under contract on this new construction home in Upton, MA, and I love seeing the plans come to life.

The first picture is what was on paper…then you see the actual house that was built. Pretty cool to see the transformation from a 3D rendering into a real home that someone is about to call their own.

Excited for my buyers and looking forward to seeing this one through to the finish line!

🥉 Hanging onto that #3 spot!

For several months now, I’m ranked #3 among the top-producing agents in closed volume at my office — this time for July!

I’m definitely not complaining about staying in the top three! 😁

A big thank you to all of my clients, friends, family and everyone who continues to trust me with their real estate needs and send people my way. I truly appreciate it.

Now let's see if I can keep this spot going into August!

A little good luck at the open house last weekend! 🚗

I happened to have a car show going on right nearby, with some seriously cool old cars bringing people into town.

Not a bad way to get a little extra foot traffic through the open house! 😂

I'll take all the help I can get. And I have to admit...some of these cars are pretty impressive.

Always something going on when you're a Realtor. You never know what you'll run into on a Sunday afternoon!
