🏡 One of the things I love most about selling homes in Newton is the character and history you come across along the way.

Take a look at this unique built-under garage setup at a neighboring property from my listing on Russell Rd.—something you just don’t see built anymore. Tucked beneath the neighboring property and surrounded by stonework and mature trees, it’s the kind of old-school design detail that gives these neighborhoods so much personality and charm.

Certain parts of Newton still hold onto that historic character, and this is a great example of it. ✨

❤️ Last week our Keller Williams office spent the afternoon volunteering at Cradles to Crayons in Newtonville for our annual Red Day charity event.

As this year’s Red Day Committee Chair, I was proud to help organize a group of about 40 volunteers from our office who came together to sort clothing and donations for local families in need. I also dropped off kids’ clothing and diapers to contribute to the cause.

It was a great day, a lot of fun, and most importantly a meaningful way to give back to families in our community. Grateful to everyone who helped make it happen. 🙌

☕🚗 One of the best kept secrets in West Roxbury?

The coffee shop inside the Honda Parkway Dealership!

Stopped in while getting a flat tire fixed and ended up enjoying delicious pastries, free coffee, and really great service. Honestly not a bad way to spend a morning while your car gets worked on 😄

Definitely worth checking out next time your car needs service.
