Over the past few years, we've noticed that it has become harder for hosts to stand out on vacation rental platforms.

Photos and Superhost status are no longer enough. Guests are asking more questions, and reviews are getting more specific about things like accuracy, safety, and overall trust.

At the same time, most platforms leave safety completely up to the host. There are no inspections, no minimum standards, and no easy way to show guests that a property is well-prepared.

That is where we come in. GuestGuard is building a way for hosts to get independent safety inspections, support, and tools to help their property meet a higher standard.
