Proof for the IRS: my little BIG helper was working the open house this Sunday. ☀️🏡😂
It didn’t take much convincing… just a little pay, some Washington-favorite Dick’s Drive-In burgers & shakes (near our new listing )🍔🥤, and the promise of a quick trip to the beach afterward. Apparently, I have a very reasonable employee benefits package. 😉
And THAT is one of the things I love about Edmonds.
From today’s open house, we were to drive about 12 minutes to the beach for a perfect evening of flying kites, soaking up the sunshine, and taking in one of those “Yep, THIS is why I live in the PNW” kind of views. 🪁🏖️🌲
Even though it was a Sunday evening, Edmonds Beach was BUSY! Musicians were out, families were enjoying the weather, the skies were crystal clear, and the Olympic Mountains created those gorgeous layers across the water. Add the ferries cruising by and you’ve got the quintessential Pacific Northwest backdrop. ⛰️⛴️☀️
It’s easy to see why buyers relocating to the Seattle area put Edmonds high on their list:
✨ Waterfront + beach access
✨ Charming downtown & local restaurants
✨ Easy access to Seattle and the Eastside
✨ Parks, trails & outdoor recreation
✨ Strong community feel
✨ And yes… sunsets that make you stop what you’re doing to take a picture. 📸
Basically, Edmonds said: “You can have the city, the beach, the mountains AND a burger.” 😂
And my little helper? She says the employee meal was worth it. 🍔❤️
