Trainer Opportunity – Bring Your Program to RLT3 Ranch
We are inviting a trainer looking to relocate or expand their program to our facility at RLT3 Ranch in Lake Stevens.
This is a well-established 10-acre horse facility with 45 stalls and great riding space.
Facility includes:
• 45 stall barn
• Covered arena (80x100)
• Outdoor arena (80x100)
• Round pen for lunging
• Turnout paddocks
• Large pasture turnout areas with shelters
• Wash racks
• Quiet country setting with plenty of riding space
Full stall board is $750/month and includes hay, turnout, water, and stall cleaning.
We currently have stalls available and would love to find a trainer looking for a new home who can bring their horses and clients.
Independent boarders are welcome as well, and we also offer pasture boarding for retired horses.
