"My husband and I were interested in selling our home when I got laid off. Lynette's review of the comps revealed that we should file for bankruptcy, not sell our home, which we did.

During the bankruptcy procedures, we were "slandered" in a letter from the bank our mortgage was with, to our attorney and the trustee of the judgement court.
