Here is your reminder to be very careful when looking for a rental property online.

While we do have this house for rent and posted on Zillow and FB marketplace, “Helen” is using our pictures to scam people out of money and their personal information by advertising a lower rental price. As you can see, she even left our for rent sign in her first picture… They will first ask for application fee, and quickly try to get the deposit from you afterwards.

We will never ask you to send money before even seeing the house in person, and we will never send you to see the house without a representative there to show it.
