Clean up on a soon to be listed forsale property 🌳

When you have a piece of property an would like to make it useful but just don’t have away to get into the area an move logs an sticks or down trees to a place to get cleaned up. You have massive piles of debris you hate to look at an would want cleaned up. Even the smaller stuff that just bugs the eye to look at.

Here at JJ’s property services we go above an beyond to do everything possible to get them pulled out an cleaned up with either chipping an spreading the chips or even hauled off. All the bigger logs that can’t be chipped go into a trailer an get disposed.

The worst part about this job was being absolutely swarmed by black gnats an the top layer of soil only holding the excavator for so long tell having to move back farther then using straps to pull the logs to were I could reach with the grapple.

🌲🌹Check this transformation out 🌹🌲

It’s that time of year when your flower garden or the center piece of your yard is looking a little rough.
Maybe a bit messy, overgrown, an might even be forgotten.
We turned this into a whole new looking yard with full weeding, redefined edges, cutting some tree limbs an getting all the dead grass out an all the pine cones. We had 8yards of premium hardwood mulch making it look like a whole new yard.

If your driveway is like a river bed that’s now cut into your driveway. Consider contacting JJs property service to get the job taken care of. We can fix all the run off trenches an or even build a whole new road if you would like to make your back part of the property accessible.

We haul in fresh gravel if we can’t do a quick repair just pulling it back into the low spots. We also add a crown to the driveway making it so the water will run off to the outside of the driveway. When we add fresh gravel we use a compactor to make sure it is hard an won’t wash away.
