Everyone is doing the ’80s and ’90s trend… meanwhile, I think I belong in the early 1900s.

There’s something beautiful about an era of manners, elegance, dressing with intention, meaningful courtship, grand ballrooms, and intentional time instead of another night spent staring at our phones.

Of course, I don’t believe everything was better then. But I still believe in tradition, commitment, and distinct roles within marriage—different roles, equal value, and a shared purpose.

Maybe it’s old-fashioned. Maybe it’s conservative. But some things aren’t outdated—they’re timeless.

We spend so much time waiting for the right time, more money, less chaos, a better schedule…
